It has been raining heavily for the past 5 days over here in Penang. The Deepavali/Aidilfitri celebrations haven't really been marred by the constant rainshower but my brother obviously had to sport some pretty dodgy clothes just to make those customary rounds to visit his Indian and Muslim friends.

No, this is not his Halloween costume, ladies and gents. We're still days away from that.
